All bookings require a non-refundable retainer that will be credited to your appointment.
There is a $55 cancellation fee for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.

There is a 100% required payment for any no call, no shows. If a client does not communicate about any conflicts, or does not show up for a scheduled appointment, this is considered a no call, no show.

All sales for services, and the focused beauty shop, including gift cards are final.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We can evaluate the issue for the best resolution.

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
